    Default Christmas parade photos

I had the privilege of hauling members of the Moundsville Veterans Honor Guard in the Wheeling WV Christmas Parade.

Daughter took a few screen shots from the local television news channel video.

I was asked by the DAR (Daughters of American Revolution) to ride them in the Veterans Day Parade. But unfortunately, I have to rebuild all four wheel cylinders again and replace leaking axle seals on all four corners! Been too hot here in Florida to work on it. Now, temps are better.

Both of my grandmothers on each side were DAR. My daughter is planning on registering herself when she gets out of college. She has TWO great grand mothers that track back to a Coronel and a posthumously promoted general. Killed in battle chasing Cornwallis out of the Carolinas by none other than GW.

It is amazing how this small truck forum finds so many people with similar backgrounds. My dad was national junior president of the NSCAR '56-'57. Small world.
