As Kwai said, the NP200 has straight cut gears. I ran the NP200 with zero problems before the 205 went in. 65mph down the highway for miles on hot summer days, but it is very loud. The 205 made a huge difference cutting the noise down. The biggest downside to 205 is you'll need to adapt a parking brake to it. I have rear disc and was going to use the El Dorado calipers, but would've cost about the same as the disc I adapted to the 205.
