I noticed yesterday that I have a bolt/plug missing just behind the oil pan. Any ideas what this part is called or a part number for it?
thanks in advance.

Bell housing drain plug, usually only installed during fording operations.
Yep, not missing, it's the fording drain plug only installed during deep water fording to keep water from getting the clutch pack wet. If you plug it, it will eventually build up with leaking oil and cause the clutch to slip.

If you want one, it is a standard pipe thread plug you can get at a hardware store...though
I dont remember the size off hand....1/2 inch or 3/4 I think...
