well 10 years later i still have the truck. forgot my old log in.. since then the truck has changed a bit. pulled the 6.2 out for a 6.0 chevy, 4l65e magnum 205. changed the axles out for a 05 ford superduty 60 front and i cut and widened a 14 bolt for the rear.. front is a 3 link and 14 inch coilovers. i used a barnes jk swap truss on the axle. rear is still on leaf springs and they are 53 inch chevy springs.. still tons of work to do

You were down in Woodland CA if I remember correctly. When did you move? I used to live in Humboldt County CA but moved to northern ID ten years ago. In fact I remember finding out we passed you and your dad one time hauling farm equipment back from up north on 101 because I think they wouldn't let you through on 5. Good to see you still around.

What wheels and tires (sizes) please. The axles are F350 if I read it correctly.

Oh yeah! That was a mess, they wouldn't let us into ca without getting our equipment fumigated for a beetle which wasn't in the crop we were harvesting. And then they said it was going to be about 5k per implement.. it was crazy but we got through. Their not as strict now.. I moved to Salem Oregon about 6 years ago now. Idaho is looking pretty nice about now!
The front axle is a 05 superduty 60. I used a barnes4wd jk swap truss and their universal brackets. The rear is a older gm 14bolt. That I cut and widened so it's 72 inches now. The front is 72 wide already so it's a perfect fit if your planning on a link suspension. I should of used wheel spacer adapters in the rear but ended up widening it before I got the front, so I had to drill the 8x6.5 lug pattern in the front, I also changed the lug bolt so the front is a standard thread to match the rear which was a challenge finding and not as easy as I was hoping.. I should of changed the rear to metric.. the gears are 5:38 and arb's front and rear. I still need to finish the rear but it's getting close
The wheels are trailready beadlocks and 40 inch nitto trail grapplers. I think its a 9 inch wide wheel and 4.5 backspace

On the plus side on widening the rear the wheel covers the brake disk nicely, if I used a spacer I'd be worried about a rock hitting the disk. But if you don't plan on wheeling the truck I'd say just use a spacer to adapt to the Ford lug pattern of the front axle
