has anyone thought about or tried to put an M35 drive train in an m715?
figured that would be pretty cool

Too everything long/tall/heavy. IIRC they weight about 1650lbs. The LTD 465 is actually 478cid. Twice that of the stock I-6... not saying it's twice as long, but is considerably bigger all the way around.
Now that the subect has veen brought up, I'd love to learn about a multifuel engine that is appropriately sized to fit in a 715.

yeah. the motor in my 715 might just not be good for what i want to do with it. was hoping a multifuel would fit. found a nv4500 and dana 300 on craigslist and can get a good 454 cheap. which would do what i want. just didnt know if i could go the extra step. you know. like 60s will get the job done but you want rockwells.
