    Default Power steering pump mounting

    When modifiying to power steering, how has the power steering pump been mounted to the Tornado 230 engine, or has it been done yet? If not then why?

    I have seen it mounted below/outside of a GM style alternator...also, with the fuel/vacuum pump changed to just a fuel pump, the PS pump put above/outboard of the fuel pump, also on a bracket above the alternator and one person put a pump with remote reservoir on a plate that was under the fan with the pulley facing rear...pump in reverse of normal mounting.
